Houghton Hyatt

Houghton is a seasoned real estate professional with experience in the financial industry and a passion for the Santa Barbara community. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University. After spending eight years in Atlanta honing her skills in the mutual fund, insurance, and financial planning sectors, Houghton transitioned to a career in real estate when she and her family relocated to Santa Barbara in 2009.

Houghton brings a wealth of local expertise to her clients, with extensive knowledge of the Santa Barbara and Montecito markets. As a parent of two school-age children, she understands the unique appeal and opportunities this area offers, making her an invaluable resource.

In addition to her real estate career, Houghton is deeply involved in her community. She serves as the Executive Director of the Montecito Association, (after spending 7 years on the board), is chair of the Outreach Committee at All Saints By The Sea, and is a member of both the Women’s Fund and the Santa Barbara chapter of The National Charity League, where she participates with her daughter. Houghton strongly believes in giving back to her community, and this commitment to service is reflected in her work.
